All REALTOR® members and Business Partner members have the option to take their portrait photo at our Association’s professional studio. Whether you are new to the real estate field or just need to update your headshot, take advantage of this service at a reduced price.

2024 RATES

Association Members

Individual headshot:

• $35 sitting fee
• $35 retouching/sizing fee (This includes 8 - 10 proofs and 1 digitally retouched image sized for print and web-upload. Images will be cropped and sized for your website, business cards, and printed marketing materials)
• Total cost: $70

• Optional items:
  • Team photo sessions available: price depended on the number of team members
  • Black-and-white version of retouched photo: $10 per photo
  • Retouching additional photos: $25 per photo
  • Cost to retake photo: $25 sitting fee
  • Please be advised that a $25 cancellation fee will be applied if the appointment is not canceled within 24 hours.
